From a protester in Turkey, he wanted me to share this, so the people outside of Turkey should know whats happening down there as well :
“I have been fighting and resisting in Taksim for 4 days now…We have been abused and tortured by the police force in Turkey, and simply had no energy to go on anymore. But we did it, we were wounded , demoralized and beaten by the police but we did it..We have taken Taksim…We are fighting for our rights and freedom, so let the media who does not publish or show anything know…We are here and we are resisting.
It will go on as long as it has to…
Until they decide to listen to us! “
